Mr. Football is given to the best football player in the each state. It’s a pretty big honor for any football player and Michigan happens to have three commitments up for the same award in the same state.
According to IndyStar’s Kyle Neddenriep, Avon QB Brandon Peters, ATH Kiante Enis and ATH Chris Evans are apart of the top 10 candidates for Indiana’s Mr. Football.
While Peters may look like the top candidate thanks to his ridiculous senior season though if Avon is unable to make it out of sectionals, it doesn’t look good historically. As only three Mr. Football’s from Indiana in the last 23 years didn’t make it out of sectionals.
