With the social media start of the 2017 recruiting cycle starting last night for head coaches, Michigan laid out their plan of attack and at the top of the board: Newton (GA) RB Kurt Taylor.
According to Taylor himself, Michigan, along with Auburn, Indiana, Virginia, and more, were the first teams to reach out to the talented running back. And he’s clearly feeling the Wolverines as he quickly set up a return visit for next week:
I spoke to Coach Harbaugh. Set date for Unofficial visit is Sept 12 vs Oregon St”
Getting Taylor back on campus this year (visited for the BBQ and landed an offer) is big and could be another big moment in his recruitment. I love where Michigan stands right now.
