In not very surprising news, Messiah deWeaver has decommitted from the 2016 Michigan recruiting class.

deWeaver was the 2nd commitment for the 2016 class, along with Erik Swenson, and was teetering with his commitment after the coaching change. Though Harbaugh and staff have reached out to him several times, he decided to open his recruitment back up.
If I had to guess, the fact that they were going after the top three quarterbacks in the class (Jacob Eason, Shea Patterson and KJ Costello) was a big part of this decision. And rumor has it that Michigan State could be the school he ends up with.
