Last week, Michigan extended it’s first 2018 offer to offensive tackle Will Lawrence and this week, they decided to offer their first interior lineman of the class in OG Emil Ekiyor Jr (Indianapolis, IN/Cathedral).
Ekiyor landed his offer while on a visit to Ann Arbor on Thursday. He’s projected to be a future national recruit, though this was his first offer. He spoke with Scout’s Allen Trieu about how huge the offer was and how much he likes Michigan ($).
It’s early, but Ekiyor and Lawrence are both names to watch going forward, for sure.
