The local product is one of the best players in the state and region. Marshall has had a wild ride so far in recruiting. He committed and de-committed from Ohio $tate, and has been a regular at both Michigan and Michigan State. Rumor had it that the Spartans were the favorites but after a mid-May visit to Ann Arbor, he has joined the class as the first defensive end commit.

At Michigan, Marshall is an even more accomplished and polished rush end than Frank Clark was in high school. He has the chance to be a star rush end in Mattison\’s defense. Coming off the edge, his athleticism will make him a mismatch nightmare for most offensive lineman.

Highlights

As for the Rest of the Class:

Marshall is commitment #9, which means 7-11 spots available thanks to attrition and RS Juniors not coming back for their 5th year. He is the first defensive lineman commit and, hopefully, it could get the ball rolling with their top targets, Da\’Shawn Hand, Malik McDowell, Jabrill Peppers, and Parrker Westphal. This class is getting full of elite prospects very quickly. Hold on and stay tuned!
