Michigan’s Top Targets are All Over the Latest 2016 Scout 300

It’s very well known that Michigan is on the verge of bringing in a very nice 2016 recruiting class. Well, at least to Michigan recruiting fans. And when you look at the latest 2016 Scout 300 release, you can see how great the class can/will be.
