247Sports decided to play a fun joke and only make a partial (top 20) update to their 2017 top 247 player rankings right after The Opening. So, like normal, I put together an updated target rankings list. And then they go and release a full update of the entire list earlier today. And there are big time movers that Michigan fans know well.
