Michigan Targets in the Updated 2016 Rivals 100

The latest Rivals 100 was released for the 2016 football recruiting class and it features a ton of players that the former staff had offered or targeted. With the likely hire of another pro-style coach, expect most of the same guys to be targeted. If that guy happens to be a home run hire, they will have a very good shot at several top targets:
