Michigan picked up their 22nd commitment for the 2016 class on Sunday while ESPN released their latest 2016 ESPN300 rankings on Monday. And it is full of big name targets that are commitments and top candidates to fill the remaining spots in Harbaugh’s first full class. That includes the #1 overall player in the country:
