Michigan Targets in the 2018 Rivals100: February

With the 2018 class in the drivers seat and camps already filling every weekend around the coast, the latest recruiting rankings are starting to come out. And Rivals is the first to drop its new 2018 player rankings and they’re filled with some of Michigan’s top targets, including at least two players who look like good bets to be a part of this class when everything is said and done.
