While most recruiting fans were keeping an eye on the football visitors, the Michigan basketball staff hosted several 2017 and 2018 targets. And one of those 2017 targets walked away with an extra special trip as the staff extended an offer to 2017 SF Jaren Jackson.

Jackson is the 2nd offer in the 2017 class for the staff and looks like a pretty good option to be in the class. Though most believe he’ll end up staying in-state and playing for Indiana (though they have yet to offer), Beilein has always done well pulling talent out of the Hoosier state and the long, athletic Jackson would be a nice fit in his system.
