Michigan Offers Iowa RB Commit Karan Higdon

With National Signing Day only days away, Michigan is doing their best to lock up a running back for 2015. And it shows with the early Saturday morning offer to Iowa commit Karan Higdon.

#Iowa running back Karan Higdon received an offer from #Michigan today. Told me last week he\’s all #Hawkeyes though, even if UM offered.

Higdon, out of Sarasota, FL, is a tough, hard nosed running back that isn\’t scared of running through tacklers or in-between the tackles. Something that Harbaugh would like to add to the stable and develop long term.

While Higdon would be a nice, last second add, it is reported that he\’s \”all in\” with Iowa and will stick with the Hawkeyes.

The main question most will ask is \”does this mean Mike Weber is sticking with OSU?\”. From what has been reported, I believe Weber is still very much an option and won\’t make a final decision until NSD. However, there is a chance he let the staff know of his plans last night which could have forced their hand here. Stay tuned to find out.

Check out Higdon\’s highlights.
