After Michigan landed G Ibi Watson, most believed (including me) that Michigan was down to PG Cassius Winston. However, the staff had much, much bigger plans. Beilein and company hosted elite, five star SF Miles Bridges on Monday and the staff extended him an offer on Tuesday.
One quick note until then… word out of Flint is #Michigan has now offered Huntington (W.Va.) Prep 5-star wing Miles Bridges a scholarship

While some Michigan State fans think Bridges and Winston are a “near lock” to end up in East Lansing, it looks like Michigan is in great shape.
It is well known that Bridges and Winston are looking to play together in college and clearly the staff likes their chances of being Wolverines. They would not have offered Bridges without a realistic shot at landing him and increasing their chances even more with Winston. However, you can never rule out Kentucky or Michigan State.
If they can land the duo, I think everyone will quickly be over the loss of Battle earlier in the summer.
