Michigan Offers DE/OLB Reuben Jones

Finding a pass rusher is one of the top priorities for the 2015 class and the staff knows it. They have offered their second rush end in a week and this time it\’s Nebraska commit Reuben Jones.

Jones, the #44 defensive end in the country (according to 247Sports), is an athletic pass rusher that is able to put his hand in the dirt at defensive end and stand up at linebacker. Which is exactly what Durkin is looking for in his rush ends.

After the coaching change, Jones is now a soft commit to the Cornhuskers and is looking to visit Michigan very soon. There was a chance he was going to be in Ann Arbor this weekend but he let ESPN\’s Tom VanHaaren know about his plans:

Reuben Jones also said he plans to decide what to do with his commitment and recruitment in two weeks. Michigan has intrigued him.

If Jones does make it to Ann Arbor, I think there is a very good chance he commits to the Wolverines.
