Speed, home run hitting ability, speed, and more speed. That is what Michigan is looking to add to its roster and, especially, on offense. And their latest offer is out to one of the most dynamic players in the junior class, 2017 Gadsden (AL) RB Damon Williams.
Williams, who was apart of my list of 2017 offers that could go out this fall, is a tall, fast and shifty running back that reminds me a bit of Tennessee’s Jalen Hurd thanks to his upright running style and ability to bounce the ball to the outside to bust off big plays. Something that Michigan’s running attack is sorely missing.
As for Michigan’s chances, it’ll be interesting to see. The Wolverines are his biggest offer at this moment but because of being from Alabama, he’s already Crystal Balled to end up at Auburn, thought they have yet to offer.
