Michigan has made Georgia a recruiting priority in the 2017 class as they already have 2 commitments from the Peach State and one more expected to happen in the near future. Well, add another name to the offer list as the staff has offered McEachern (GA) QB Bailey Hockman.

Hockman, the strong armed lefty, is one of the top quarterbacks in the class and could end up being a real option for Michigan moving forward. He recently decommitted from in-state Georgia and is close with the Newton crew (Kurt Taylor, Jeremiah Holloman and Jaquan Henderson). It’ll likely be a tough pull out of the south but this offer is a step in the right direction.
