Michigan Gets Its Chance with Jacques Patrick

Starting at 1pm today, the Michigan coaching staff began it\’s full press recruitment of five star running back Jacques Patrick (Orlando, FL/Timber Creek HS).

As one of the best RB\’s in the country, Patrick has his choice of any major football program in the country. His size, agility and speed makes him a well rounded, power back that would thrive in Nussmeier\’s offense. And now, the staff gets to show him why he is a perfect fit when he visits the campus today and tomorrow, while also being coached by the staff at the Sound Mind Sound Body camp in Detroit on Thursday and Friday.

With the coaches having a great chance to show Patrick everything the program has to offer, and some.

Thanks to his brother headed to Western Michigan this fall, the fit in the offense, the world class education, and maybe most importantly, the chance the be the only back in the class, gives the Wolverines a solid chance to land the Sunshine State star.

S/o to @jacques_patrick on his Michigan visit today, come join the family! #GoBlue #Team136 〽️Ⓜ️

If Coach Jackson, Coach Nussmeier, and Coach Hoke show Patrick that Michigan is the perfect situation, it would cap off the running back recruiting for the class in style. Adding elite talents like Patrick and transfer Ty Isaac would give the staff plenty of ammunition and power on the depth chart going forward.
