Michigan Commits and Targets in the February 2017 Rivals100

As 2017 camps begin, the recruiting rankings are starting to really take shape. Rivals has a long history of being one of the more accurate rankings and they have released their latest 2017 Rivals100 which includes a ton of top Michigan targets as well as their future quarterback.
