Week 8 didn’t feature any big upsets in the Big Ten but there was a little bit of movement in the staff’s power rankings. Even though both Michigan and Iowa were on bye weeks, a couple staffers decided to move the Hawkeyes up in their rankings which saw them rise and the Wolverines fall in the overall rankings.
