McCaffrey Ranked #1 QB in Post-Spring 2017 ESPN300

After Scout and Rivals released their post-spring 2017 college football recruiting player rankings, ESPN has joined in on the fun. And, like the other ranking sites, their list is littered with Michigan commits, top targets and likely additions to the class, including a commitment from the top quarterback in the class.
