Michigan is looking to kick off the 2016 class with a bang by landing an elite quarterback to lead them to the top class in the country. And their latest offer out to five star QB Dwayne Haskins adds another name to the possibilities.

Haskins is one of the best players in the country and holds offers from just about everyone. When you throw on his tape, you see why. He has elite size, great mechanics and a pin point accuracy to go along with a big arm and good athleticism.
He was previously offered by Nussmeier but the new staff wanted to let him know he definitely had an offer from them as well. If they can get him on campus, they could become a factor here (Ohio State is the 247Sports Crystal Ball leader).
