When Harbaugh was hired by Michigan, the first position everyone expected to see upgraded was at quarterback and it looks like the new head coach found himself a possible star in the making. 2016 Avon (IN) QB Brandon Peters committed to the Wolverines during his Spring Game visit and has been a staple for this class ever since. And now he’s showing off what Coach Harbaugh and Coach Fisch first saw in the athletic signal caller at the biggest quarterback camp in the country, the Elite 11:
