After a loss from Michigan State to one of the worst ranked teams in our week 10 Big Ten power rankings, the Spartans took a bit of a tumble down the rankings. Along with that, 9 of the 14 teams saw a ranking change with Minnesota having the biggest rise and Minnesota and Rutgers having the biggest fall.
