Now that was a statement win. It wasn’t a rivalry game, it wasn’t a road game but it was a big-time game in primetime against a top 15 conference opponent. And Michigan came to play and let the world know this 2018 team is pretty good. Quarterback runs were one of the biggest stories of this game as Shea Patterson, Dylan McCaffrey and Joe Milton all ripped off gainers on run-pass options. The defense was elite once again, holding Alex Hornibrook to 7-20 passing all game for just 100 yards, most of which came when the game was out of hand.
Michigan moved to 6-1 on the season after the dominant 38-13 win over Wisconsin. Check out the full game condensed highlights from @UMichWD:
Michigan State is up next as the Wolverines will head to East Lansing. It’s the biggest game of the year so far and one to remember thanks to the Spartans knocking off Penn State. Who do you think will win the Battle for the Paul Bunyan? Let us know in the comment section below!
