Add 3 New Jersey Targets to the Visitors List this Weekend

The football staff is expecting a very nice group of in-state weekend visitors while the basketball team will host the top player in the country but the list doesn’t stop there. According to 247Sports’ Steve Wiltfong, three top 2016 targets out of New Jersey will be in Ann Arbor this weekend to see what Michigan has to offer:

WR Brad Hawkins, 6’2” 190lbs. Camden, NJ (Camden)

WR Ahmir Mitchell, 6’2” 190lbs. Egg Harbor City, NJ (Cedar Creek)

DE Ron Johnson, 6’4” 240lbs. Camden, NJ (Camden)

Johnson is the only one without an offer but that will likely change once he hits campus. As for Michigan’s chances with the trio, Wolverine247’s Steve Lorenz has heard that though Mitchell has put the Wolverines in his top teams, Hawkins is seen as one of the top wide receiver targets on the board ($).
