Make that five offers from the Michigan staff since September 1st as the staff has extended an offer to 2017 Crest (NC) LB Justin Foster.

Like a majority of their offers this month, Foster is another name that was on my possible offer list for September and is an elite member of the junior class. As a top 100 player (per 247Sports) and a player in SEC territory, Michigan is already playing catch up. He’s seen as a bit of a lean to his home state Volunteers.
