Like a majority of their offers this month, Foster is another name that was on my possible offer list for September and is an elite member of the junior class. As a top 100 player (per 247Sports) and a player in SEC territory, Michigan is already playing catch up. He’s seen as a bit of a lean to his home state Volunteers.
