2016 DE Quayshon Alexander Lands a Michigan Offer

The Michigan coaching staff has been in, what seems like, every high school with decent football talent over the past three weeks but their latest stop and offer is out to a talented player at a power house program: De Paul Catholic\’s (Wayne, NJ) 2016 DE Quayshon Alexander.

Alexander is a force on both sides of the ball for De Paul. He has the speed and relentlessness to get after the quarterback and make plays on defense, while his hands and play making ability allow him to be a very productive tight end.

While he could play either position in college, it looks like Michigan is recruiting him as a pass rushing defensive end (which is probably his best position long term).

Michigan is getting in early with Alexander, as he only has three other offers (Rutgers, Miami and Pitt). He is also teammates with the #1 running back in 2016 and current Buckeye commit, Kareem Walker. So, expect the Wolverines staff to try and get both on campus for a visit in the future.

Check out Alexander\’s highlights.
