The final “satellite” camp of the 2015 Summer Swarm took place in Fresno, and though not a ton of top end talent showed up, the Michigan staff got a chance to see one of their top targets, OLB Caleb Kelly. And while Kelly was a main camper to watch, Harbaugh was also able to see a 2016 QB good enough to draw an offer.
