In a bit of a shocking turn of events, top buck linebacker target Xavier Kelly tweeted out his intentions to make his college decision on Friday, July 24th.

While I’ve had Kelly in my Best Guess Recruiting Class for quite sometime, things don’t look great for Michigan on Friday. All signs are pointing to him choosing Clemson or Georgia. However, I don’t believe this recruitment is over. The Wolverine staff sees him as a perfect fit into their defense, and with the family ties to the state and plenty of time to go before NSD, there’s a chance he still ends up in the Maize and Blue.
