Michigan's Commits and Targets Litter the Updated 247Sports 2019 Player Rankings

Not long ago, there were people questioning the Michigan coaching staff’s ability to recruit. But that notion has quickly changed after the avalanche of commitments over the last couple of weeks, including multiple players that have made huge jumps up the latest 247Sports 2019 player rankings. That includes RB Zach Charbonnet jumping 179 spots into the top 40, RB Eric Gray becoming the top-ranked All-Purpose Back, and DE David Ojabo moving up over 300 spots to the top 200.

Michigan now has three commitments in the top100 and eight total commitments in the top 247. Not to mention the staff is in striking distance for six in the top 50 players in the class, which includes DE Zach Harrison, S Daxton Hill, WR Kyle Ford and ATH Quavaris Crouch. And a big season on the field could result in a couple of those names eventually signing with the Wolverines.
