Michigan Targets in the Final 247Sports 2016 Player Rankings

Unlike the other recruiting sites, 247Sports puts together both a composite player rankings page as well as their own player rankings page and they just released their final 2016 player rankings today. The list features several Michigan commits and top targets, including four uncommitted players in the top 100 that could join the class before National Signing Day.
