Michigan Targets in the Final 2017 Rivals250 Player Rankings

With the All-American games in the rear view mirror and National Signing Day less than two weeks away, the final 2017 player rankings are being released. The first to release its final rankings were Rivals, and they, like everyone else, are very high on the Michigan recruiting class.
