While Michigan already has a linebacker committed for 2016 (Dele Harding), the staff is looking to add a true MIKE linebacker and Jaquan Yulee, the latest offered MLB, is a great fit.
Yulee is one of the premier inside linebackers in the country (#1 MLB according to Scout) and would be that tough nosed signal caller in the defense that Harbaugh had with Patrick Willis and Mattison had with Ray Lewis. Now, i\’m not saying he\’s at that level but his playing style is similar.
This is the third true middle linebacker offer from the staff (Dontavious Jackson and Shaquille Quarterman). Expect the staff to target all three very hard to make sure their defense has it\’s leader in the middle moving forward.
