While the 2016 class should be a top 10-15 class for Michigan, I believe Harbaugh and staff will put together a top 3 class in 2017. And they are recruiting like it as they have offered another elite member of the class, ATHÂ Richard LeCounte.
LeCounte is a very athletic defensive back and kick returner that has a similar playing style to, dare I say it, Jabrill Peppers. It’s still very early in his recruitment, but the Liberty County (GA) star holds offers from just about everyone.
His 247 Crystal Ball predictions are split between Georgia and Ohio State, however, from the looks of his Twitter action after landing the Michigan offer, the Wolverines may be a legit choice here.
