With the end of the silent period last week, the Michigan football coaching and recruiting staff hasn’t been shy about extending offers. In fact, they’ve been one of the busiest staffs in terms of offers over the last week as they’ve extended a ton of offers to both the 2017 and 2018 class. That includes eight offers on Friday alone.
