Michigan is expecting a very big recruiting visit this weekend but they had a very talented duo on campus on Tuesday when Brownsburg high school stars, RBĀ Toks Akinribade and QB Hunter Johnson visited Ann Arbor and both walked away with offers.
Akinribade (2016) is a physical tail back that has the ability to make defenders miss and take it to the house at any time. He looks to be a very nice fit in Michigan’s offense and with his offer, it looks like that could be a real possibility. I am not sure if his offer is a take right away, but it does look like the Wolverines are theĀ favorite moving forward.
As for Hunter, he is an athletic, accurate passer that just so happens to be the #1 QB in the 2017 class and told Wolverine247’s Steve Lorenz “I like Michigan a lot right now” ($). Being the top QB recruit in the class, this will be a national recruitment and should be very interesting as he seems to be liking a lot of schools at the moment.
