The Michigan staff has been on an in-state offering tear lately and it continued with the offer to 2017 Cass Tech safety Jaylen Kelly-Powell.
Kelly-Powell is an instinctive, athletic safety that should blow up on the recruiting scene in the near future. He has that ability to read plays very well and make a play on the ball. Something that would be a nice fit in Durkin’s aggressive defense. And there’s a very good chance that happens as he told Wolverine247’s Steve Wiltfong his family have always been Michigan fans ($).
It may not happen right away but he’s a good candidate to be in the class. And of course I didn’t add him in my Best Guess Recruiting Class, but he will be on there from here on out.
