Michigan is looking for fits for their new defense and one of the main positions they need to find is an outside, pass rushing linebacker. And their latest offer to Erick Fowler shows they\’re going after the top talent in the country.
Fowler is a top 100 player, according to 247Sports and his film backs that ranking up. He is an explosive, athletic rush linebacker that plays with tenacity and a mean streak that every coach is looking for.
It\’s still early in the process but he holds offers from some of the top programs in the country, including Texas, Oklahoma and UCLA. If Michigan gets him on campus, they have a shot. Until then, he\’s a name to keep an eye on.
