Michigan is High on Naquan Jones' List After Offering

Looking to build up the depth and versatility on the interior defensive line, Michigan has extended an offer to defensive tackle Naquan Jones out of Evanston, IL (Evanston).

Jones is one of the top targets on the defensive tackle board, according to 247Sports\’ Steve Lorenz ($), thanks to his size, aggressiveness, motor and versatility to play the nose or defensive tackle.

I spoke with Jones about his offer from Michigan and asked him about what the offer means and where they stand in his recruitment:

\”It was another unexpected offer, very exciting. Michigan is also a top tear program so they\’re very highly on my list\”

With Michigan in need of multiple interior defensive lineman in the class, look for them to heavily target Jones moving forward.
