Harbaugh has made it very clear that he is looking versatile athletes and one name that is very high on Michigan just happened to release his top 10 teams, Franklin (CA) CB Lamar Jackson.

Jackson is a name that Michigan fans should keep a closer eye on. Not only is he one of the top players on the board but he also happens to be very high on the Wolverines. Though it will be tough to pull him out of California, he’s probably the 2nd most likely to leave the state for Ann Arbor, behind Caleb Kelly.
