In an expected move, Downers Grove South (IL) OT Erik Swenson has parted ways with the 2016 Michigan recruiting class:

Like he mentions in the post, Swenson had been committed to the Wolverines for 26 months so I completely understand why fans are upset with this decision from the staff. However, it’s sad but things like this happen and may continue to happen.
All you can really do is wish him all the best and hope he lands on his feet which leads to a great collegiate career.
