Harbaugh and staff are trying their best to catch up with every other program in the country in both the 2016 and 2017 class. While they\’re throwing out offers to tons of 2016 offers, they\’re only offering elite prospects in the 2017 class. And the latest offer is to one of the best athletes in any class, sophomore athlete Devon Hunter.
Hunter is listed as the #1 athlete and #7 overall player in 2017, according to 247Sports. He stars in all three phases of the game, especially as a wide receiver and free safety. It\’s still very early but Michigan looks to have a legit shot at the sure-fire five star prospect.
