Michigan Offers Defensive Back Isaiah Simmons

Michigan has offered one of the fastest rising seniors in the 2016 cycle in Olathe North (KS) DB Isaiah Simmons.

Simmons is a long, rangy, athletic defensive back that has the ability to play multiple positions at the next level but looks like a great fit at the safety position. With his offer, Michigan likely becomes a very real option for one of Kansas’ top players.

Though he may be behind a couple defensive back recruits, including David Long, Lavert Hill and Jordan Fuller, Michigan looks to have a real shot at him if they miss on one of those targets or are looking to bring in another safety in the 2016 class.
