When Jim Harbaugh and staff took over, one of their first recruiting targets was one of the top players in the class, Clovis (CA) OLB Caleb Kelly. He remained a top target throughout and that recruiting effort has clearly paid off as the #1 player in California visited March, has Michigan among his favorites and just announced that he’ll be officially visiting Ann Arbor on September 19th for the match up with UNLV:

While most believe Oklahoma is the team to beat, Michigan is right up there and has a very good shot at landing Kelly. Keep a close eye on the Clovis West star throughout the fall.
