The 2016 class is shaping up to feature multiple in-state recruits, and the 2017 class may follow suit as Michigan has extended an offer to Oak Park (MI) OT JaRaymond Hall.
Hall is a big, raw, athletic offensive tackle that has the size and feet to be a very good player but will likely need time building up strength and skills over his next two high school seasons.
The offer from Michigan is only his 2nd but could be the only one he needs. I added him to my first 2017 Best Guess Recruiting Class and, from his interviews about landing the offer, it looks like Michigan will be the team to beat throughout his recruitment.
He instantly becomes a candidate for first 2017 commit for Michigan.
