Looking to bring in the top talent in the Midwest in every class, Michigan has offered top 2017 running back Todd Sibley.
Sibley broke onto the scene his freshmen year and quickly became a top target for the class for several top programs, including Michigan and Ohio State.
While he will be a national recruit, it looks like it will likely be the Wolverines vs Buckeyes from here on out.
