New Michigan Man: OL Reece Atteberry Commits to Michigan

Depth at the center position for Michigan isn’t extremely strong behind returning starter Cesar Ruiz. So, adding a talented prospect to that position group was important in this class. And the staff just checked that box off the list as 2020 Eaglecrest (CO) OL Reece Atteberry committed to Michigan during the mega June visit weekend.

Scouting Report

Atteberry is an athletic lineman that can play all over the offensive line but with his strong hands, technique, and smarts, he fits in really well on the inside. Not the fleetest of foot but once he has his hands on a defender, he can direct or drop him to open the lanes for the running game. With the depth chart looking pretty open by the time he gets to campus, he’ll have a chance to contribute early on for the maize and blue.
