Depth is consistently an issue after new coaching hires and Harbaugh is doing his best to make sure that’s not a problem. Since he could only bring in a 14-person class for 2015, he is going the preferred walk-on route to fill the depth chart and the latest addition is St Peter’s Prep (NJ) DE Cheyenn Robertson.
St. Peter’s Prep is one of the premier high school programs in the Northeast and Robertson was one of the top players. He has good size and athleticism, and is able to make plays in both the run and pass game.
At Michigan, he’ll likely be a practice/special teams guy for his career but he has a chance to be a stand out player in both places.
