While the Michigan football program may be a bit rocky at the moment, the staff is still doing their best to recruit the top players in the state and around the country. And that was shown with the most recent offer to Detroit King star receiver Donnie Corley.

The offer came after a bye week visit from offensive coordinator Doug Nussmeier. As for what this offer means, 247Sport\’s Clint Brewster ($) said the offer moves the Wolverines into the top group for Corley with Notre Dame and, rumored favorite, Michigan State.

With plenty of time before he makes his final decision, expect the current staff and possible future staff to make him a toptarget since he is one of the best players in Michigan for the 2016 class.
